At Nymph and Woodsman, it our commitment to be respectful of the data you share with us. We will never share or sell your information to other companies or businesses for marketing purposes. Our integrity as individuals and business owners is of utmost important to us and we strive to conduct ourselves and our business in a manner that is worthy of your trust. This Privacy Policy is a container that gives a clear shape to what my picture of online integrity looks like: when and why I collect your personal information, how it is used, and the limited conditions under which I might disclose it to others, as well as how I keep it secure.

What We Do With Your Information

When you purchase something from the website (products or services), as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, telephone number and email address. When you browse the site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system (this helps us make sure we create a web experience that is working great for all our users).

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails with regular content, program offerings, products for sale, and other information related to Nymph and Woodsman, Becca Deysach, or Seth Moody. Please know that we are intentional about everything we send out.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our blog updates and occasional newsletter. Consent

When you provide us with personal information to reply to a message sent from our contact from, complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or exchange/return a purchase, we infer that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. Third Party Services and Payment Processors

Stripe

We use Stripe to process payments for purchase of our products or in person. Stripe is a secure payment processor with high end technology designed to protect your data and purchase info. Stripe will collect information from you required to process and ship your order, including credit card info, name and address, and other pertinent details. They then send us the information required to ship your order or communicate with you about it, including your name, email and physical address. Your credit card information is protected and inaccessible by us. Stripe maintains that data securely and allows us to process all transactions, from taking your order to refunding it, without seeing your credit card number or expiration date. This is totally private.

When you buy a product you are not automatically consenting to receive emails from us. You must manually subscribe to the email list in order to receive updates about anything other than your order.

If you paid in person, your credit card was used at the time of purchase to pay for your purchase, and the same info as above is tracked on the back end, except for your mailing address, which is not needed since shipping isn’t involved.

Analytics

When someone visits www.nymphandwoodsman.com, our website platform collects standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those individuals visiting our website.

When you click on links on our website, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

Comments and User Content Posted to the Website

If you post comments or user content on the website (such as replies to blog or article posts), you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you choose to provide there may be read, collected, or used by other users of the website, as well as other third parties.
