Lavender
For most people, the smell of lavender is enough to bring on a sense of momentary calm and delight. When taken internally, these effects circulate throughout the entire body.
Lavender has historically been used as an antiseptic, as an antimicrobial on wounds, as a digestive bitter, and to ease stress, anxiety, depression, and headaches.
