Hello loves!

When Seth and I first met three years ago, we created a mission statement for our relationship:

Together, we create a life of love and beauty through conscious communication and community-building

Something like that.

Three years, much communication practice, and many new community connections later, we are in the wee early stages of growing a business out of the same mission statement, the heart of which is, simply, to spread love and beauty through our art and wellness offerings

Family in Berkeley!

Family in Berkeley!

We just returned from a whirlwind trip around the West in effort to share our healing love with a wider audience while visiting beloveds and generating a sustainable income for ourselves... which means we are being SALESPEOPLE.

And that, my friends, stretches my comfort zone in a BIG way!

My fear has always been that selling our art and healing potions would somehow degrade them or us. That there is something incompatible with dollars and true goodness. Instead, we’re finding that striving to make a living from our passions is actually taking us deeper into our life-and-business mission of spreading love and beauty.

Our favorite way to do that is by having Spread the Love Gatherings (pop-up shops) hosted by folks all over the country. Last week we had the pleasure of facilitating gatherings at our family’s and friends’ retirement communities and homes in Arizona, Palm Springs, and Berkeley.

Each was unique in its flow and content, but they all ended up being something like a CBD “salon”.

Everybody asked excellent questions about CBD’s healing powers, shared stories about how its pain- and anxiety-relieving qualities opened up space for more love and beauty in their lives, massaged their hands with Sweet Relief Salve, and sipped on CBD elixirs.

Many folks went home with a handful of our healing potions and less pain than they arrived with, and our travel purse got a recharge!

While the role of Business-Nymph-And-Woodsman is still a bit awkward for us to inhabit, we’re beginning to embrace it. After all, it’s taking us into the living rooms of beloveds; sharing colorful art, healing stories, and CBD-infused mocktails; laughing with babies and 85-year-olds; and spending sweet slow mornings with our hosts. It’s taking us ever more deeply into gratitude, presence, and genuine connection with friends both old and new.

This journey is showing us that love and prosperity may not be incompatible after all, but, rather, the very same thing.

And it’s teaching us to ask for help! We could use your support in helping our young business grow into something sustainable and prosperous in any of the following ways:
